Can the list of equipped employees be downloaded?
At this time, it is not possible to download this information directly from the platform. What can you do in the meantime? You can request the information from the support team: Write to us via the support chat on the platform or contact us by email. Our team will be able to help you generate and share the information you need.
Can a tool or device be removed?
Yes. You can delete a device directly from the platform inventory. Simply select the device and click “Delete tool.” Once confirmed, the device will be automatically removed from the inventory. If the device had an associated Care subscription, it cannot be transferred to another device, as it is linked to the original device's serial number.
Can an employee be created on the platform?
Yes. You can create employees directly from the platform by uploading their basic information and contact details.
Can a user be invited to the Dash.bord platform?
Yes. Administrators can invite new users to manage teams, orders, and logistics services within the platform.
Can multiple company names be managed in Dash.bord?
Yes. Bord allows you to manage multiple company names within the same account, facilitating the operation of companies with a presence in different countries or legal structures. This allows you to centralize operational management and choose the appropriate company name at the time of billing, maintaining visibility and control from a single location.
Can an order be edited?
Yes. You can edit an order to correct delivery-related information, such as address details or contact information. This feature is designed to allow you to adjust operational information without affecting the overall destination of the purchase (e.g., office or assigned employee).
