If the platform is free, what does Bord charge for?
Bord charges for some of the services used within the platform, such as logistics services, equipment sales, configurations and repairs, among others.
Do I have to pay a monthly fee for any service?
The only service with a monthly fee is storage. Whenever you choose to keep equipment in our warehouse or depot, it is billed monthly. All other services are billed on a one-off basis, only when they are used.
Are there any additional costs or hidden fees?
There are no additional costs or hidden fees. Every time you choose a service, everything being charged will be itemized at check-out.
What is Care?
Care is an annually paid product built for companies that need additional services. It includes SLA, equipment diagnostics and storage at no additional cost. It also provides a replacement device in case of breakage or damage, so your talent never stops working.
Does the price change depending on the country where my equipment is?
While we work to keep pricing consistent, prices may vary depending on the service you select and the country where the order or service takes place. For example, a MacBook Pro in Argentina doesn't cost the same as in Mexico. The same goes for logistics services.
How does local invoicing work in each country (taxes, requirements, etc.)?
We give you the freedom to choose where we invoice from and in which currency. In some cases, depending on your selection, taxes may be added. Don't worry: when you choose the tax entity and payment method within the marketplace or the platform, it will be clearly shown whether additional taxes apply. Some LATAM countries have high-impact taxes that need to be taken into account.
What payment methods do you accept?
The payment methods we accept depend on the country. In most cases, we accept bank transfers and credit cards.
