What are onboarding and offboarding services at Bord?
These are logistics services that manage the physical movement of equipment throughout the lifecycle of your employees, from delivery to recovery.

They help your company equip and recover devices in an orderly, traceable manner without operational friction.

Onboarding: This is the logistics process of delivering equipment to an employee or office. This may include laptops, phones, accessories, or furniture. The same employee may have more than one onboarding over time, depending on their needs.

Offboarding: This is the logistical process of removing equipment from an employee or office. Devices are recovered and sent to a warehouse or the next defined location, returning them to the company's inventory.
Can the delivery date for a logistics service be changed?
It depends on the status of the service and the stage of the logistics process. In some cases, it is possible to request a change, but this will be subject to operational availability and coordination with the logistics provider.

What should you do if you need to change the date? Contact the support team via the chat feature on the platform. Our team will review the status of the service and confirm whether it is possible to reschedule it.

Important: If the service is already in progress or en route, it may not be possible to change the date, or additional costs may apply.
How is equipment delivery managed based on the employee's start date?
We manage deliveries based on the employee's start date so that the equipment arrives before their first day of work. The Estimated Delivery Date (ETA) that appears on the platform is the official reference for tracking the shipment and is defined according to the logistics times of each country and city. In the event of any delays, our team proactively communicates this to ensure visibility and coordination with the company. Our goal is for each employee to have their equipment available on time so they can start working smoothly.
