Do you offer express deliveries?
Currently, Bord does not offer express shipping. We work with estimated delivery times (ETAs) based on the country, city, and stock availability. In general, delivery times are as follows: Deliveries within the same city: between 24 and 48 hours for equipment available in stock. Deliveries to other cities: between 72 and 96 hours, depending on the country. If you have an urgent need, you can contact our support team to evaluate alternatives, although delivery before the estimated time is not guaranteed.
How long will it take for my logistics service to be delivered?
Delivery times for logistics services depend on the country, destination city, and equipment availability. Bord works with average estimated delivery times per country, defined according to local logistics operations. You can check the status and estimated delivery date (ETA) of your logistics service directly from Dash.bord.
How is equipment delivery managed based on the employee's start date?
We manage deliveries based on the employee's start date so that the equipment arrives before their first day of work. The Estimated Delivery Date (ETA) that appears on the platform is the official reference for tracking the shipment and is defined according to the logistics times of each country and city. In the event of any delays, our team proactively communicates this to ensure visibility and coordination with the company. Our goal is for each employee to have their equipment available on time so they can start working smoothly.
Can you check the ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) of your order or logistics service at Bord?
Yes. You can check the Estimated Delivery Date (ETA) directly from the platform for your active orders or logistics services.
Can an order be edited?
Yes. You can edit an order to correct delivery-related information, such as address details or contact information. This feature is designed to allow you to adjust operational information without affecting the overall destination of the purchase (e.g., office or assigned employee).
How can I cancel a logistics service?
You can cancel your logistics service by contacting the support team directly via the chat feature within the platform. Our team will help you process the cancellation as quickly as possible.
In which countries do you have warehouses?
Bord has a network of warehouses in different countries to support our clients' logistics operations. We are also continuing to expand our coverage to respond to new needs in the region and globally. All our warehouses operate with CCTV security systems, labeling, and standardized storage protocols. Countries where we currently have warehouses: Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, France, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Peru, the United States, and Venezuela. Do you operate on holidays?
In general, Bord maintains active operations during most local holidays in Latin America. However, there are some dates when we do not operate regionally. Days without operation throughout the region January 1 May 1 December 25 2 days during Holy Week/Tourism Week Important: Although we operate on many local holidays, delays may occur due to limited availability of logistics providers or local partners. In addition, the platform notifies you when a holiday may impact operating or delivery times.
