UX/UI

- Design user-centered interface experiences and components, contributing to the continuous improvement of Bord's B2B products.

- The role aims to strengthen visual consistency, usability and the quality of design deliverables, providing viable, well-executed solutions with aesthetic and functional judgment.

- The person is expected to incorporate artificial intelligence tools into their workflow to optimize time, idea exploration and documentation.

- Design interfaces, components and user flows that respond to the needs of the business and end users.

- Apply UX and UI principles focused on efficiency, clarity and consistency, using Figma and Bord's Design System.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and other designers in defining requirements and validating solutions.

- Use AI tools in the design process (for example: generating wireframes, exploring visual variants, writing copy or documentation).

- Participate in usability improvement and user validation processes, proposing adjustments based on data or feedback.

- Document and keep flows, components and design decisions up to date.

- Ensure visual quality and attention to detail in all deliverables, verifying consistency before moving to development.

- Show a proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
