UX/UI Designer

Design intuitive, functional and visually consistent digital experiences that create value for users and strengthen the evolution of .bord's B2B products. The role's purpose is to turn business and user needs into well-executed, scalable design solutions aligned with the product's usability and quality standards, bringing artificial intelligence tools into the work to boost efficiency, creative exploration and the continuous improvement of the design process.

- Design interfaces, components and user flows that respond to the needs of the business and end users.

- Apply UX and UI principles focused on efficiency, clarity and consistency, using Figma and .bord's Design System.

- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and other designers in defining requirements and validating solutions.

- Use AI tools in the design process (for example: generating wireframes, exploring visual variants, writing copy or documentation).

- Participate in usability improvement and user validation processes, proposing adjustments based on data or feedback.

- Document and keep flows, components and design decisions up to date.

- Ensure visual quality and attention to detail in all deliverables, verifying consistency before moving to development.

- Show a proactive attitude, willingness to learn and openness to feedback.
