Procurement Operations

Responsible for the operational execution of the purchasing cycle, ensuring orders are managed accurately, within the established cut-off times, and that information on their status is always up to date and visible to the internal team and to clients. Acts as direct support to the Buyer and the Operations Manager in managing orders, payments and incidents.

- Process and follow up on purchase orders, ensuring compliance with the guidelines defined by the Buyer.

- Run daily sweeps across platforms to update statuses and leave comments visible to the client and the team about the purchase order deadline.

- Follow up on every order through to delivery.

- Report any credit or supplier payment issue to the Operations Manager and the Buyer

- Escalate incidents affecting delivery times, credit or invoicing

- Run basic data analysis: purchasing cycle times, SLA compliance, operational savings and % of purchases via catalog.

- Escalate consolidation opportunities or anomalies detected in the operation to Senior Buyers.
